IN THE DEPARTURE LOUNGE…

So while it's been revealed that Callum Roberts & Co. are likely to make temporary switches away from Champion Hill in order to gain first team match experience, some more permanent dispatches have come to light in recent days, with some of the key players in the Rose Regime seemingly moving on to pastures new.
Nic Plumain and Frankie Sawyer are the only two first teamers not to return for the pre-season schedule, while 'keeper Phil Wilson has announced that he can no longer play for the Hamlet due to work commitments.
Speaking to www.dulwichhamletfc.co.uk, Gavin Rose said: "The only two players not to report back without explanation were Nicolas Plumain and Frankie Sawyer. All of the other boys from last season have reported back for pre-season training. We have to bear in mind that we had a very thin squad at times last season, so we will be looking to add to it. Hopefully, all of the boys from last season's squad perform well enough to remain with the club for the coming campaign.
"Boris [Phil Wilson] was a great influence on the players in our changing room last season. We would all like to wish him all the best in whatever he does in the future."
Having seemingly captured both striker Omari Coleman and midfielder Ryan Martin, neither player linked up with Rose's squad on the 3rd July, meaning the Hamlet boss has begun a hunt for their replacements.
"Coleman and Martin were no shows on Saturday, so we have turned our attentions elsewhere to fill those positions."
