MATCH PREVIEW | Horsham vs Dulwich Hamlet | 01/02/25
The Hamlet head into February with a point to prove after a disastrous January as they aim to move away from the relegation zone. The Hamlet come up against Horsham on Saturday afternoon who themselves are chasing promotion to the National League South.
Last weekend the Hamlet looked like they'd secured a valuable point against Chichester City until the visitors scored a 97th minute winner in front of a sold out crowd at Champion Hill.
The Hamlet have secured just 1 win in their last 10 league games having also picked up a point against Dartford and Lewes away from Champion Hill.
Horsham are flying once again after a memorable FA Cup run earlier in the season. They've secured 8 wins from their last 10 games having lost to Dartford and Folkestone Invicta.
Aaron Williams-Bushell made his debut for the Hamlet last weekend. The fullback featured during our pre season before venturing away from Champion Hill.
George Porter scored the only Hamlet goal last weekend with a well timed finish.
When these 2 sides met earlier this season it was perhaps the Hamlet's best performance of the season as we raced to a 3 goal lead before half time. After the break Luke Wanadio bagged a brace as we ran out 5-2 winners in front of one of our biggest September crowds.
Injury news:
Sam German remains out injured and suffered an injury setback whilst completing his rehab at Bromley. A recovery date hasn't been set.
Anthony Jeffrey, suffered a Hamstring issue in training last week that could see him on the sidelines for up to 6 weeks.
Louis Ramsay will also miss out and his return date is looking like our away fixture at Hastings United on February 15th.
