PLAYER NEWS | James Collins departs Champion Hill
Dulwich Hamlet FC can confirm that striker James Collins has departed Champion Hill by mutual consent.
He leaves the Hamlet with our best wishes as he searches for regular game time.
Collins signed after an impressive spell in pre season and went on to feature 8 times for the Hamlet in all competitions. He headed on loan to Bishop's Stortford earlier this season where he scored once.
On his departure first team manager Hakan Hayrettin had this to say, "I'd like to wish James all the best for the future, sometimes for whatever reasons things just don't work out and sadly that's the case for us and James. He's been a terrific lad to have around the place and I look forward to following his career as he progresses. He knows if he ever needs advice he can call me or anyone at this football club."
Everyone at the Hamlet would like to wish James all the best for the rest of his career and thank him for all his efforts whilst at Champion Hill.
