PREVIEW | Dover Athletic vs Dulwich Hamlet | 21/03/25
The Hamlet head to the Kent coast tomorrow afternoon as they take on Dover Athletic at The Crabble.
Following a shock defeat to Cheshunt on Saturday the Hamlet will be looking for their 3rd league away win of the season. Last time out on the road we picked up a valuable 1-0 win over Potters Bar Town thanks to an early strike by David Bremang.
On Saturday the Hamlet were provided a chance to move even further clear of the drop zone if they defeated Cheshunt. Bremang had a golden chance early in the 2nd half but his penalty was saved before Cheshunt secured all 3 points thanks to a last minute penalty themselves.
A win for the Hamlet at Dover could move them 12 points clear of the drop zone and within touching distance of safety.
Dover Athletic come into this have one just once since January 28th. That victory came against bottom side Bowers & Pitsea. On Tuesday night they suffered a 1-0 defeat against Chatham Town who themselves are in the hunt for a spot in the play-offs. A loss for Dover tomorrow could see them slip out of the play-offs completely and they'll be looking to regain their electric form that saw them top of the table at one point this season.
Dover comfortably dispatched a poor Hamlet side when these 2 sides met in December. As they headed back to Kent with a 4-1 victory.
