PREVIEW | Dulwich Hamlet vs Dover Athletic
The Hamlet are back at Champion Hill on Saturday afternoon as we host Dover Athletic in our first December fixture.
Dover have started life in the Isthmian League with a bang and currently sit top of the table with a respectable 40 points. The Kent side have suffered just 2 defeats all season. Last weekend they were pegged back in added time by 2nd place Cray Valley (PM).
The Hamlet will aim to end their recent run of poor form as they look to bounce back to winning ways. Their last victory in the league came against Potters Bar Town on November 9th. Mills, Wanadio and Lorenzo scored 3 goals as the Hamlet picked up a valuable 3 points.
Since then the Hamlet have suffered defeats to Folkestone Invicta and Hashtag United before coming from behind to draw at Cheshunt last weekend.
Before the draw with Cheshunt a strong Hamlet side defeated Leyton Orient in the London Senior Cup to set up a tie with Sutton Common Rovers in the next round with a date for that fixture to be announced soon.
Louis Ramsay returns to action this weekend following his knock against Hendon. Ryley Scott could also feature but is more likely to return to action on Tuesday night when we travel to Sussex to take on Lewes.
The Hamlet will have to stop standout player George Nikaj if they're to have any chance of securing 3 points on Saturday. Nikaj has started the season in strong form attracting interest from a number of step 2 clubs.
