Your admission allows access to all spectator areas of the stadium including the bar.

It’s easy! We are one of the most centrally located non-league grounds in London!

By car: Simply type in the postcode ‘SE22 8BD’ into your SatNav device. We have some limited car parking at the ground, and there is some on-street parking in the locality, within a five minute radius, but please check for any local parking restrictions.

By train:The nearest stations are East Dulwich, which is a five minute walk; or Denmark Hill; which is a ten minute stroll, or a short bus ride.
From East Dulwich station: Turn left, past the pizza shop and then Morley's. Go through the park at the bottom of the hill and you will see the ground. For midweek games, when the gates are closed, walk halfway up the hill and turn left at the lights.

From Denmark Hill station: Turn left, this is Champion Park. You will see a bus stop opposite the Salvation Army Training College. Any bus from here passes the ground, three stops away. Or walk past the bus stop, turn right and up the slight incline on the main road. Over the lights at the top of Dog Kennel Hill, and the ground will be on your right, halfway down the hill, turning into Edgar Kail Way.

From central London East Dulwich is served by trains from London Bridge; whilst Denmark Hill has services from London Victoria & London Blackfriars.

There are plenty of services from both stations after midweek matches.

PLEASE NOTE: Train services can be disrupted by engineering works at weekends, and East Dulwich station can be closed, served by replacement bus services.

By bus: Routes 40, 42, 484, 185, 176 & P13 all pass the ground, either stopping on Dog Kennel Hill, or turning into Edgar Kail Way, to Sainsbury's. The 37 bus stops nearby, alight at Goose Green. And the 68 & 468 are also close to Denmark Hill, alight by the Fox on the Hill pub & then walk along Champion Hill, toward the ground.

Due to sell-out crowds for our Saturday games during last season, we recommend arriving early to avoid congestion at the turnstiles from 2.30pm to after ko

Turnstiles, bars and food vendors open at 1:30pm for a 3pm Saturday KO, 1pm for a 2pm Sunday KO and 6:30pm for a 7.45pm ko

As well as beating the queues, the seats are on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Once inside the ground there are several food outlets, as well as the bar, which is well stocked with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We also have two outside bars, at each end of the ground

Yes. Two of our bars have TV's and we show football on matchdays.

No. We largely cashless so bring your credit or debit card to buy drinks and food from the club and merchandise from the DHST club shop

The exception is the 50/50 draw which is cash only and matchday programmes can be bought by cash or card.

We have three bars, the clubhouse and two outside bars. We have a wide range of drinks available, including many beers from local breweries.

You may drink any alcohol purchased from our bars pitchside, but only in plastic glasses

The only exceptions to this ruling is for home matches in the FA Cup or FA Trophy, when NO ALCOHOL is allowed outside by order of Football Association regulations

Regarding food available, we have a variety of food traders where you can buy MyPies, Come and Go Soulvaki and Pizzas.

All food traders start serving at 1pm for a 3pm ko and 6:30pm for a 7.45pm ko

Soft drinks are available from all food outlets and bar.

Yes. You can bring your own food in and water / soft drinks in plastic bottles are also allowed

However, please note that glass bottles and alcohol will be confiscated at the turnstiles. You may be searched randomly by our stewards prior to coming through the turnstiles

To make your entry into the stadium as quick as possible we recommend that you do not bring a bag. However, bags are permitted but there are no cloakroom facilities on site and all bags are subject to a bag search on entry into the stadium

Yes. We do welcome families with young children but with last season’s sell out Saturday crowds, you will be best to pick a spot on the side lines, where this is more space for your buggy or pushchair

For health & safety reasons, due to overcrowding prams/buggies/pushchairs are not permitted on the stepped terracing behind the goals

If you think Saturday matches may be too busy for you and your young children, the women’s matches on Sunday are a great day out for all the family with attendances raising each season

Yes. This is located in the main bar

Simply arrive early and you should be ok. If that is not possible then email the Club at commercial@dulwichhamletfc.co.uk and we will endeavour to reserve a spot for you, and a carer, if you use one

Let us know in advance. If you have a clear physical disability then your carer will be admitted free. We also have an area at the top of the main stand that is specifically for wheelchair users If you wish

We do welcome dogs but with last season’s sell out Saturday crowds, some dogs may find it too busy and noisy, they may prefer to visit on our Tuesday evening games or our Sunday matches.

Toilets are located throughout the site and are clearly signed. There are toilets at each corner of the stadium; next to the clubhouse, under the main stand and portaloos/urinals at each corner of the stadium

There is First Aid provision on site, services are open during matches hours and all visits are logged and recorded. If you need First Aid, please make one of our staff or stewards aware.

There are no lockers on site, please try to avoid bringing large bags or any other item which may need storing whenever possible

No, there’s a no re-entry policy.

Lost property can be collected from the main reception. Please ask one of our stewards for more information if you find or have lost an item. If the item hasn’t been handed in before the time you leave the stadium, please email bar@dulwichhamletfc.co.uk

There’s lots. If you’re on a budget then the local Wetherspoons, the ‘Fox on the Hill’, is a ten minute stroll, and you’ll see plenty of Hamlet fans in there pre & post-match. Turn right out of East Dulwich station & there’s the ‘Cherry Tree’, walk past that toward Goose Green & the ‘East Dulwich Tavern’ is on the corner, at the start of Lordship Lane, again both popular with our supporters.

There’s also a big Sainsbury's next door to our ground, & they also have a Starbucks on site, if you just fancy a quick coffee.

The local area caters from the cheapest, but still tasty chicken shops, fish & chip shops, to a variety of eateries, including West Indian & Chinese takeaways, kebab shops, Turkish restaurants, as well as Indian restaurants, which have been established on Lordship Lane for many decades.

Well, we’re not far from the centre of London at all, so the ‘tourist world is your oyster; really.

But personal local recommendations include the Dulwich Picture Gallery, right by Dulwich Park, under a mile and a half from Champion Hill. Though there is an admission charge. Free attractions include the wonderful Horniman Museum & Gardens-train to Forest Hill from central London, then buses 185 or 176 to the ground, from the opposite side of the road to the museum. Another of our favourites, not too far away, is also free.

The Imperial War Museum, a few minutes walk from the Elephant & Castle. Buses from the Elephant to the ground are the 40 & 176; and you can also get a train from there (not underground) to Denmark Hill.

A little more quirky perhaps, if you are early for a midweek match, is the International Heritage Centre, at the Salvation Army, by Denmark Hill station, which is open from 9.30am until 4.00pm, Tuesday to Friday. Or head to Peckham, for the small but world-renowned South London Gallery, on Peckham Road. Open from 11 til 6 every day, except Mondays.

If you’re coming into London Bridge we heartily recommend popping into Southwark Cathedral, no matter what your faith is, or if you have none. On a Saturday it’s a ‘must visit’ destination too, if you are a bit of a ‘foodie’, with the Borough Market having some amazing stalls there on a Saturday morning, to satisfy any taste bud!

In truth, you don’t need our suggestions, there is so much to see and do all over London, all within easy reach of Champion Hill. But hopefully just these few will have whetted your appetite.
