Hello everyone,  

I’m delighted to welcome you all back to Champion Hill for our 3rd season in the FAWNL. I hope it is a season to remember for us all and I look forward to sharing many incredible moments with you over the next 9 months.  

The summer has been eventful, and we’ve got a few new faces for you to get to know and more importantly get behind every weekend.  

We wanted to really assess what kind of players needed for the season ahead and once we got them into the building, we wanted to make sure they were the right fit for this team and this football club.  

It takes a special player to play football here and I think we’ve got a great blend of players this season that you can get behind week in, week out.  

We saw how many of you travelled to Dartford last weekend and we can’t wait to see more of you on our travels throughout the season.  

I’d like to welcome Saltdean to South London and the FAWNL and wish you all the best in your first season here.  

We know the challenge they will give us today, but the squad is in a great place and ready to do everything to get our first win of the season.  

As always I want to thank you for the support you’ll give this team over the course of the season, it does not go unnoticed.
