It's happening. For the first time ever, we're doing a show on NYE and then we're throwing an exclusive party to see in 2027. Tickets are on sale to you lovely lot now, and will be available to the general public from 10am this Friday (6th November). There's details about both the comedy line up (superb, and I'm not biased) and the DJ/party bit below (superb, even though I am possibly a bit biased). The comedy portion of the evening will be in our usual venue and follow a similar format to our regular monthly gigs, just starting a bit later (8pm) so we can power through to the early hours. The party will follow from about 10.30pm downstairs in the Hamlet bar. But you can come to the comedy even if you don't want to come to the party because... As space downstairs is limited, we're offering two types of tickets for the night: Comedy & NYE Party. Enjoy the full comedy show and keep the celebrations going past midnight. You'll receive a wristband giving you access to our after-party, where you can join us to welcome in the New Year. Comedy Only. Start your evening with us and enjoy the laughs at the comedy, then head off to celebrate NYE wherever the night takes you once the show finishes (around 10.30pm). Logistics over, very excited to tell you the line up. We're going all out for this one, and have plucked the very finest fruits from the centre of the Venn diagram 'Comics who absolutely smash Hamlet gigs' / 'People we want to spend our New Year's with'. Edinburgh Fringe best show nominee, comedy powerhouse and (self-appointed) 'godmother to the nation' Katie Norris returns. Our old fave and online sensation Josh Weller is taking time out from being a star to take to our stage for the first time in four years. The iconic Sooz Kempner, responsible for one of the most stunning Hamlet Comedy debuts we've ever seen, is back back back. Adam Flood is bringing his hilarious hybrid of dance music and stand-up, which stormed this year's Fringe, to get the NYE vibes going. Our favourite singing satirist Will Sebag Montefiore is dropping in to put 2026 firmly in its place. Plus there's one more act still to be announced, so keep eyes peeled on socials. If you are joining us downstairs after, you'll get to enjoy DJ Joei Supernova spinning some 60s, 70s, Funk, Soul and Disco until 2am, plus the team are lining up a few other treats to ensure it's a night to remember.
