12th Man Funds Kamara Signing to Bolster Defence
The fan-led fund to strengthen the Hamlet playing budget has allowed us to sign experienced defender Michael Kamara.
Michael returns to Dulwich having previously played for us in the 2014/15 season, before joining Hampton & Richmond Borough for three seasons in the National League South.
The signing is a welcome boost for the Dulwich defence after a series of early season injuries has limited manager Gavin Rose’s options at the back.
The 12th Man is a fan-organised scheme to raise funds exclusively for use on the playing budget. Money is raised through standing orders, PayPal donations, and cash buckets on home match days. The Scheme has also benefited this year from the quiz night fundraiser at The East Dulwich Tavern, and the sale of match-worn DHFC kit to supporters.
Michael is available for this weekend’s matches against Gloucester City and Slough Town.
