Academy back to winning ways in Youth Alliance
Last Friday afternoon the Aspire Academy coached Under 18's hit the goal trail with a 4-2 win over bottom side Thamesmead Town Greens.
Putting their FA Youth Cup exit at the hands of the Met Police and a first defeat of the Football Conference Youth Alliance season, when they came out on the wrong end of a seven goal thriller at Dartford, Dulwich found that winning touch again at home to Thamesmead Town on Friday afternoon. The Greens might be without a point so far this season but they gave the Dulwich Hamlet youngsters a tough examination before the lads in Pink and Blue prevailed.
In a 4-2 victory that moved the Hamlet up to 5th spot the Dulwich came from Kladji Cani, Osman Proni, Dereece Thompson and Tarik Ibrahim.
The Academy team are next in action this coming Wednesday 18th November when they take on Crystal Palace at Rutland Walk, kick off 2.00pm.
