Academy lads on the brink of title triumph

This Wednesday afternoon the Aspire Academy Dulwich Hamlet youngsters have the chance to lift more silverware when they take on Eastbourne Borough.

Its the final game of the Football Conference Youth Alliance and after trailing long time leaders Dartford Reds for most of the season, Dulwich Hamlet's 5-0 annihilation of Maidstone sets the scene for them to retain the title they won for the first time last year.

Tomorrow's opponents Eastbourne Borough may prove tough, their 3-3 draw with Dartford last week aiding Dulwich title aspirations and, when the Hamlet travelled to the south coast earlier this month only a Tre Zailor goal separated the sides.
