Chairman Ben Clasper commented:

"We will be unable to conduct our AGM in the usual way this Thursday and so we have been reviewing different options over the past week to ensure that (1) we remain compliant with our reporting obligations and (2) we can provide as much information as possible to shareholders. We are aware that we are having to function outside of standard procedure but I hope everyone would all agree that these are extraordinary circumstances and we are taking steps in the most compliant way possible in the situation."

"We did consider using a remote meeting facility originally for attendees who preferred not to attend in person when the stadium was open but as we would now have to support over 30 remote attendees many of whom may be attempting to connect to a video conference for the first time it would be highly likely that we would spend a considerable amount of time resolving IT issues resulting in frustrated shareholders at a time when we have critical business to complete. I would like to propose a follow up Q&A video conference for shareholders soon after we have concluded the more functional actions possibly using the chairman’s report as the basis which will mean we can help support people in joining in that session without worrying that we won’t get through the critical actions."
