Burgess Hill Town 3-3 Dulwich Hamlet
A battling performance resulted in a deserved point at fellow high-flyers Burgess Hill Town.
A game of fluctuating fortunes eventually ended all square.
The Hamlet could have fallen behind in the opening minute but gradually assumed control of the first half before Ellis Green was brought down y a rash challenge in the box and Erhun Oztumer converted with his usual aplomb from the spot.
Despite dominating at this stage Dulwich were to fall behind when the ball was given away in midfield and Burgess broke quickly. A deflection falling at the feet of prolific forward Pat Harding who converted with ease to level the scores.
The referee then evened up the penalty awards and Harding just converted to Wilson's right to give the home side a flattering lead.
However, it was all level by half time as Lewis Gonsalves headed home from a deep corner.
The second half opened brightly and only two smart stops from the home keeper kept the scores level before Phil Wilson produced a brilliant save from a volley at the near post and had to tip a header wide,
However, a corner then led to Harding heading home to complete his hat trick following his 4 at Whitstable.
Dulwich fought back and a free kick from the touch line was delivered by Erhun Oztumer and deceived the keeper to beat him at the far post.
The game was then even with the best chance of a winner falling to substitute Danny Stenning but he couldn't keep his shot down.
