Crichlow Joins On Loan From Havant
Winger moves to Champion Hill for remainder of season
Hakan Hayrettin has made his second signing as Hamlet boss, bringing in Gianni Crichlow on loan from Havant & Waterlooville.
The 24-year-old will be with the club until the end of the season, and goes straight into the squad for the trip to Chelmsford City.
Gianni, predominantly a left winger, joined the Hawks in the summer after impressing with Braintree Town last season, where he scored six goals in 36 National League South appearances to go with countless numbers of assists. He also collected four awards at the club's end of season awards, including Players' Player of the Year
This season, he has found starts hard to come by on the south coast, with just six of his 18 league games coming from the beginning.
Gianni has also spent time on loan with Hemel Hempstead Town this season, playing twice in December.
Coming through the youth ranks at QPR, Gianni has also spent time with Chelmsford, Hendon, Harrow Borough and Hanwell Town in the past, and also represented Barawa, a team of Somalian expats, at the 2018 CONIFA World Cup, where they reached the quarter-finals.
Gianni has been given the number 30 for his time at the club, welcome to Champion Hill!
