We're pleased to announce defender Kyron McKay as our first summer signing.

The defender spent last season at Wingate & Finchley and was a key part of the side that went on to win the Velocity Cup in a nail biting final against Ramsgate in April.

From South London, Kyron is a product of the Millwall academy before venturing into Non League football. He's that local to Champion Hill that he's managed to walk to a number of our early pre season training sessions where he has continued to impress Mark Dacey and his management team.

Priding himself on his versatility he can play as a centre-half or as a right back and with over 40 appearances in the Isthmian League last season he is to play a key part in our defence in the forthcoming campaign.

Kyron is the first of two South London locals to sign for the Hamlet this summer with more new signings to be announced over the coming days.
