Don't forget it's Harrow tomorrow
Despite being away to Hendon please remember that they groundshare at Harrow Borough FC
The Harrow Borough ground address is Earlsmead Stadium, Earlsmead, Harrow, Middlesex HA2 8SS; so just type that postcode into your satnav gadget, if driving.
By train the nearest station is Northolt Park, which is an easy ten to 15 minute stroll to & from the ground.
The following directions are taken from the Andy of Kent website: Leave station on north (London bound) side, and immediately left into footpath which emerges on Northolt Road, then immediately right into Alexandra Avenue, left into Somervell Road, right into Carlyon Avenue, left into Earlsmead and entrance to ground is on left.
Trains go from London Marylebone, which is simple to get to, as it's on the Bakerloo Line. Once upstairs on the main concourse there is only one train an hour, at 39 minutes past the hour; which arrives at Northholt Park 14 minutes later at 53 past the hour.
Therefore the last convenient train is at 13:39; but if you're running late then there is the 'fallback' of the 14:39...but this would mean a very swift jog to the ground to make kick off.
After the final whistle the trains back to Marylebone are still only one an hour, and you are pushed to make the first one after the final whistle, which leaves Northolt Park at 16:53; getting to the terminus at 17:11. So, unless you fancy a quick jog, your best bet is to have a post-match pint or two in the clubhouse, then head for the 18:53.
If you stay over in the suburban north for longer, please note that after the 18:53 has departed the next one, and subsequent trains leave at 20:03 then three minutes past the hour.
The official Harrow Borough website also lists directions & local buses from the nearest Underground stations, which are as follows:
The nearest tube station is South Harrow, in zone 5, and on the Piccadilly Line. From South Harrow Station, it is approximately 20 minutes walk to the stadium, or bus routes 140,114 or H9 take you to within a few minutes walk of the ground (114 or H9 being the nearest). The 140 should be taken in the direction of Heathrow and Hayes, leaving the bus at Alexandra Avenue. The 114 should be taken in the direction of Ruislip, leaving the bus at the "Kings Road " Stop, the same stop if on the H9. It is then a 5-minute walk to the stadium.
Alternatively there is Rayners Lane, which is also served by the Metropolitan Line (as well as the Piccadilly) & is also in Travelcard zone five. Regular buses from Rayners Lane Station (H10 direction South Harrow Station), run as far as the junction of Eastcote Lane and Carlyon Avenue. From Northolt Station, route 282 runs to the end of Somervell Road. Route 140 (direction Harrow) takes you as far as the junction of Alexandra Avenue and Northolt Road.
