On the off-chance that you've not heard of this vital fundraising initiative, it simply 'does what it says on the tin.'

It's a pound a ticket, and one lucky ticket wins. Half of the money goes to Club funds-with that percentage often donated to charity. Or it pays vital match day bills. And the other fifty per cent-hence the name '50/50'- goes to whoever wins!

At our last Saturday game on Non League Day against Needham Market the Football Committee donated the Club half to Prostate Cancer UK, who are the Non League Day's chosen charity.

The lucky winner of the £252 prize was home & away regular Rod Laird. Well done to him!
