Dulwich saw their wasted chances come back to haunt them as they conceded two goals in the final five minutes of the first half.
The first chance in the 10th minute saw Nathan Ferguson fire wide of Henly's right hand post with the keeper rooted to the spot. The next player to fail to convert was Nyren Clunis as he was thwarted by Henly six minutes later.
Next it was Dipo Ainyemi who missed the first of three chances when he went round Henly but his weak and hurried effort was cleared. He then shot wide when well placed.
Amadou Tangara was finally called into action in the 23rd minute as he held a long range effort from Bantick.
The next chance fell to Akinyemi in the 34th minute when a defensive mistake left him one on one with Henly, but he hesitated when it seemed easy to lift the ball over the top of him into the unguarded goal.
Buoyed by all the misses, Tonbridge saw their chance to seize the initiative and Turner was inches wide with a 25 yard effort in the 40th minute. Just two minutes later the visitors had the lead when Akrofi was allowed to run unchallengedand then placed an effort into the top corner.
With stoppage time being played, Bantick struck a second goal as he was first to react after the ball came back off the post following more poor defending from The Hamlet.
There was still time for Dulwich to pull a goal back but Akinyemi wasted his third one on one of the half as Henly foiled him again.
Half Time 0-2
Dulwich came out for the second half with a clear emphasis on attack which also left them exposed to counter attacks.
Kenny Beaney had a 49th minute effort comfortably held by Henly before Akrofi wasted a good chance to add a third for the visitors when he blazed high and wide.
With only 10 minutes of the half played, Gavin Rose threw on Reise Allassani and Ashly Carew but it was only a great block from Quade Taylor that prevented Turner from adding a third goal.
Next to miss a presentable chance was Nyren Clunis when he volleyed over following a great run and cross by Allassani.
Gavin Tomlin was then introduced with 27 minutes remaining and he forced a good save from Henly just two minutes after his introduction from the bench. Nathan Green crossed ftom the left and his firm header was clawed away by the keeper.
Another cross from Green this time saw Tomlin head back across goal, but nobody had ventured far enough forward to reach it.
In the final five minutes, Tomlin played Clunis in on goal but his effort was blocked by Henly advancing off his line. It was then the turn of Reise Allassani to poke the ball just wide when well placed.
With the match into the 5th minute of added time, Dulwich did pull a goal back when Nathan Green fired home following a goalmouth scramble, but it proved too little too late..
