
Dulwich Hamlet 2-2 Farnborough
Dulwich failed to turn around their slump in form as they were held to a draw by relegation threatened Farnborough.
Gavin Rose rang the changes with Mitchell Nelson moved to centre back, Jordan Hibbert to right back, Ryan Moss & Dean McDonald starting and a first start for Gus Sow.
Dulwich were behind in the 4th minute. Phil Wilson came for, but failed to reach, a deep cross from the Dulwich left. It was headed back across goal where Bogdan Vastsuk applied the finishing touch into the unguarded goal.
Ryan Moss came close to levelling in the 8th minute when he was released into space and his shot beat Minter but came back off the post and was hacked clear before the inrush ingredients Nyren Clunis could reach it.
A swift 10th minute break by Farnborough saw full back Freddie Grant fire wide when well placed and Wilson was almost embarrassed a minute later when he overran a long ball but got back to retrieve the ball.
Dulwich got themselves on level terms in the 18th minute. A long ball forward was chased by Nyren Clunis who charged down Farnborough keeper Minter's attempted clearance before following up and rolling the ball home.
Ashley Carew fired an effort wide and Ryan Moss wasted a good chance as Dulwich looked to get themselves in front. However, Wilson almost repeated the error that resulted in the first goal, but this time the ball was cleared when it was headed back across goal.
With the game entering stoppage time Dulwich took the lead. Good play on the right resulted in a cross from Dean McDonald that wad headed in by Ashley Carew.
Half Time 2-1
Dulwich failed to build on their advantage in the early stages of the second half and neither keeper was called into action until past the hour mark.
Dean McDonald had an effort deflected wide after good work from Jordan Hibbert on the right and Barnes-Homer just failed to get on the end of an Oyenuga cross for the visitors.
Mitchell Nelson had to clear two dangerous crosses into the six yard box before Dulwich came close to adding a third goal; Danny Waldren letting fly in the 67th minute with an effort that beat Minter but came off the bar.
A minute later Farnborough were level. A free kick from the Dulwich left was headed home via the underside of the crossbar hy the unmarked Sam Pearce.
It took a fine stop from Wilson to deny Vastsuk after he was played clear through the middle of the Hamlet rearguard in the 72nd minute as Dulwich failed to reassert control of the Match.
In fact, it wasn't until the game was into stoppage time that Dulwich built some conserted pressure on the Farnborough goal. Ryan Moss & Rhyl Murrell-Williamson had efforts saved by Minter and, when he was beaten, Jordan Hibbert's goal bound shot came out off Damian Scannell.
