The Hamlet opened their league campaign with a deserved 3 points although not before some nervous moments in the latter stages.

Dulwich were in fine form in a first half where they established a two goal lead and probably should have been out of sight.

Early pressure from The Hamlet saw a second minute cross from Michael Kamara that was just too high for Dean Lodge. Two minutes later they had the lead as Kershaney Samuels received the ball on the edge of the box and fired home left footed.

A long ball out of defence released Nyren Clunis but he fired his shot just wide. A minute later another long ball out of defence by Ethan Pinnock released Laurent Hamici but he couldn't get his shot away. The same move just two minutes later saw Hamici fire just wide; all this before the game was 10 minutes old.

A Nyren Clunis cross flashed across goal before the second goal arrived in the 19th minute. Again the scorer was Kershaney Samuels, this time with a right footed shot from the left side of the box.

Phil Wilson was then called into action for the first time in the 21st minute as he got down to make a fine stop.

The rest of the half was a little more even although Dulwich remained in the ascendancy primarily because of the midfield dominance of Kevin James, Ashley Carew & Samuels.

A slow start to the second period was not an indication of what was to unfold later but once Kevin James left the field 10 minutes into the half, The Hamlet's dominance went with him.

Marc Charles-Smith was left free to fire home past an exposed Phil Wilson in the 67th minute before Dulwich added what proved to be the crucial third goal in the 71st minute.

Borough centre half, Michael Peacock, went down in the centre circle and the ball was swiftly transferred by Jordan Hibbert to Laurent Hamici who fired across Charlie Horlock who got a firm hand to the ball but it struck the far post before crossing the line.

With 15 minutes remaining Harrow Borough struck for the second time as substitute Spencer Bellotti fired a spectacular right footed shot past Phil Wilson.

It was now the visitors who looked most likely to score as Bellotti headed just wide and Simeon Akinola twice had good chances but failed to hit the target.
