Dulwich Hamlet 4-0 Erith & Belvedere
Four goals in the final 25 minutes gave Dulwich a comfortable victory in the end.
Dulwich enjoyed am ultimately comfortable victory although Erith & Belvedere made the home side work hard.
Erith had a good chance in the 12th minute but the final through ball was overhit and Oshane Brown was able to gather comfortably, whilst Jordan Hibbert had to concede a corner from a dangerous cross from the left.
Dulwich then began to exert some pressure through their wide players as both Albert Jarrett & Dean McDonald delivered inviting balls in that the visitors defended well.
Only a great cover tackle from last man Jamie Mascoll prevented an Erith player from having a clear run on goal before an Albert Jarrett cross was almost sliced into his own net by a defender.
Just past the half hour, Dean McDonald was released through on goal and appeared to be brought down from behind but the referee was unmoved. From the resulting corner McDonald got across his marker but his near post header came out off the inside of the post.
Oshane Brown then had to make a good low save and also a spectacular tip over from a Da Silva shot that dipped and swerved.
In the final five minutes of the first half Josh Fernandes wasted a couple of good opportunities for The Hamlet before they had a great chance to take the lead as Jordan Clarke was sent tumbling in the box.. Dean McDonald hit his penalty low to the keeper's right but Anibaba got down well to push it away.
