Dulwich Hamlet Youth Team Keep Up Winning Streak
A second win in three days saw the ASPIRE Academy coached Under 18s increase their lead at the top of the Football Conference Youth Alliance.
Goals from Abdul Lyoubi, Sean Mason and Shola Olidapo helped Dulwich Hamlet to a 3-1 victory over Bromley Whites in this morning's FCYA encounter.
By all acounts a tight contest but, with Sedgehill (Fulham) dropping points in a 1-1 draw away at Three Bridges, the victory allowed Dulwch Hamlet to open up a four point gap at the head of G Division.
The ASPIRE Academy coached youngsters have three games next week which should go some way towards confirming whether they retain the title they won in such thrilling circumstances last season. On Monday they entertain Maidstone United Blues, kicking off at 1pm whilst on Wednesday they face Charlton Athletic Trust at home, 2pm kickoff. Finally on Friday its a trip to Phoenix Sports, 2pm KO at the Erith Sports Centre.
If you can get along to cheer on the team, the lads would much appreciate it.
