Eastbourne Town 2-0 Dulwich Hamlet
Dulwich suffered their first defeat since the end of October as two first half goals gave Eastbourne Town a deserved victory.
It was Dulwich who opened the game the brighter with a couple of dangerous crosses that home keeper Pelling punched out with some difficulty and it was Daniel Carr who almost put The Hamlet ahead when his shot was just kept out by the keeper at his near post.
However, Dulwich missed the influence of Kevin James and were unable to get their short passing game going on an extremely bobbly pitch that made control difficult.
They were undone by two headers the first from a cross from the Eastbourne right and the second right on half time after a mistake by the usually reliable Peter Adeniyi.
Despite the majority of possession after the break no clear cut chances were created and it was Eastbourne who looked the more threatening on their breaks forward.
