FA draws revealed

It'll be'Allow to 'Arrow in the FA Trophy come the end of October after were Dulwich were drawn against our Premier Division rivals again.

At 11 am sharp the draws for this season's FA competitions were announced on the FA website but for Dulwich fans hoping for some cup jaunts to add a bit of variety to the coming season there was little for them to get their teeth into.

In the FA cup Dulwich Hamlet will have to wait a little longer for news of their opponents as they exempt to the First Round of qualifying which takes place on Saturday 12th September. Only the Extra Preliminary and Preliminary rounds were drawn today.

In the FA Trophy Dulwich Hamlet will once more come face to face with Harrow Borough, the third time in four years the clubs have come out of the velvet sack together. In the 2011-2012 competition Harrow won 2-0 at Champion Hill but two years later a narrow 2-1 win sparked a memorable run that would end on a misty night on Canvey Island with a 3-4 extra time defeat at the hands of Concord Rangers. The trip to Earlsmead is scheduled to take place on Saturday 31st October but keep an eye for any possible change as Hendon have also been drawn at "home".

In the FA Youth Cup the youngsters of the ASPIRE Academy open up early as they welcome Woolwich side Meridian to Champion Hill. That tie is scheduled to be played in the week commencing Monday 7th September. The winners of that game will entertain Whitstable Town in the First Qualifying Round.
