FA Trophy Second Round draw brings new faces to Champion Hill

When the draw for the Second Round Proper Dulwich Hamlet found themselves waiting a little longer to find who they face next.

That's because the Hamlet found themselves paired with the winners of the Burscough and Guiseley tie, the two teams scheduled to replay tomorrow night (Tuesday 15th December) after a thrilling 2-2 draw saw the clubs inseperable after 90 minutes in a very damp Battle of the Roses.

Burscough hail from the Red Rose county of Lancashire and currently sit in 4th spot in the Evo-Stik North Premier League Division One North.

From the White Rose side of the Pennines, the West Yorkshiremen of Guiseley have been steadily climbing the Pyramid over recent years reaching the National League for the first time last season after triumphing in the playoffs.

The Second Round tie is scheduled to take place at Champion Hill on Saturday 16th January 2016, kickoff time 3.00 pm. The home Ryman League Premier Division game with Wingate & Finchley has therefore been postponed and will be played on a date to be arranged.
