Farewell to a grand old lady

Dulwich Hamlet fans and officials alike paid their respects to one of our oldest fans earlier today.

Irene Kirby was 93-years-of-age when she passed away just before Christmas, and she was a regular visitor to our home games with her husband Bill, and they had been married for over 73 years.

Her funeral service took place today, and she will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her, when she came to our matches.

To Bill, and his family, all at Dulwich Hamlet Football Club extend their deepest sympathies on such a sad day for them.
