FORTHCOMING FIXTURE - ISTHMIAN CHARITY SHIELD
This coming Tuesday we are scheduled to entertain FAVERSHAM TOWN in the Isthmian Charity Shield in aid of the British Heart Foundation
The Charity Shield is normally contested by the previous season’s league Champions and league Cup winners, but as Whitehawk and Concord Rangers are no longer members of the Ryman Isthmian League, and to avoid two current Premier Division sides playing one another, we, as league Cup runners-up, and Faversham, as losing Division One South play-off finalists, were invited to play for the Shield which, as you will see on the night, is a very impressive trophy to win.
However, the Charity Shield match will be rescheduled should Faversham draw their FA Cup tie with Cray Wanderers this Sunday afternoon.
Kickoff will be 7.45 pm and normal admission prices apply with Season Tickets NOT valid.
