Isthmian League IS the way forward!

In the midst of a great season on the pitch Dulwich Hamlet Football Club this morning have taken the step to reassure all of our fans and indeed friends at other clubs throughout the Isthmian League that we are going nowhere!

A Club spokeman said:

"Whilst it has been a fantastic season on the pitch, and it would be marvellous to push on to participate and indeed win the Premier Division play-offs, we feel it just would not be right to cut ourselves off from all of our Isthmian friends, whose family we have been part of for one hundred and seven years. It would be a huge jump into the unknown, and who wants to be the new kid on the block, rather than the elder stateman, who everybody respect? We realise this may come as a shock to some, not least to the management and players, as well as supporters. So we are holding a special Committee meeting at noon today, to reconsider, and we may well change our mind then."
