Dulwich Hamlet Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of highly rated defender Geoffrey Okonkwo. 

The athletic defender has a promotion winning past having been apart of the Bowers & Pitsea squad that won the Isthmian North play-offs in the 23-24 season. 

Following that he signed for Chelmsford City in the National League South last May. 

Geoffrey is from south London but has spent the majority of his career in Essex playing for Grays Athletic and Braintree Town alongside Chelmsford and Bowers. 

He finished the 24/25 campaign on the Sussex coast at Whitehawk. 

Okonkwo is athletic and physical and will boost our defence alongside the likes of Michael Chambers, Tom Chambers and Gio Palmer. 

On his latest defensive signing Mark Dacey had this to say: "Geoffrey is the perfect frame for a centre half at this level. He's tall, athletic and great with both feat. He's a defender I've admired for a long timeand I'm delighted to finally have him on board."
