But it's not at OUR Champion Hill!

The Friends of Dog Kennel Hill Wood, which is the open park area just above Sainsburys, and on the Champion Hill Estate, are staging what promises to be an amazing open air free film event tomorrow night, starting a half past eight.

The screening is of a selection of rare Edwardian films made by the original Gaumont Film Studios, which were based in the area.

There will be a live piano accompaniment & local history presentations, too.

So if you don't fancy hanging around in Billericay for too long after tomorrow's game then this is the perfect excuse for you to dash back to our corner of South London!
