Attacker joins on dual-registration deal

Ryan Dempsey has bolstered his squad ahead of the visit of New London Lionesses by adding AFC Wimbledon attacker Mia Lockett on a dual-registration deal.

Mia joined the Dons from Billericay Town in the summer, where she was part of the title-winning side in the Women's National League Division One South East league last season alongside Rebecca May, and has already played at Champion Hill earlier in the season when we faced Wimbledon in a pre-season friendly.

Mia has played 11 times for the Dons so far this year, starting six of those games, and provided one assist.

She will go straight into the squad for the New London game this weekend.
