We're back on our travels and heading to take on Burgess Hill Town in the Isthmian League.

Whilst Mark Dacey and his side have a near perfect record at home, it's away from South London where the Hamlet have struggled this season.

Our only win came back on August Bank Holiday Monday when a late Danny Mills goal secured 3 points against Leatherhead. Since then we've suffered defeats against Hastings United, Salisbury and Enfield Town.

A win for those in pink & blue tonight will see the Hamlet move level on points with Eastbourne Borough and Ramsgate heading into our home tie with Carshalton Athletic on Saturday at Champion Hill.

Tonight's hosts also have an impressive home record with 3 wins and 3 draws in the league so far this season. On Saturday they drew 1-1 with Aveley. The Hillians last home win came on October 3rd against Maldon & Tiptree.

Chris Whelpdale is their danger man with 6 goals in the league so far this season including braces against Maldon & Tiptree as well as Leatherhead.

SQUAD NEWS:

The Hamlet are operating at a near enough fully fit squad, Toby Bull is the only injury doubt as he continues to work back from his groin injury.

David Smith could be back in contention this evening after his recovery from a Hamstring issue.
