MATCH PREVIEW | Cockfosters vs Dulwich Hamlet | London Senior Cup | 20/1/26

Our London Senior Cup campaign continues tonight with a trip along the Piccadilly Line as we visit Cockfosters

It's the 2nd step 5 side we've met in cup competitions this season having fallen to defeat against Whitstable Town in the FA Cup already.

They find themselves in the play-off posititions in the Spartan South Midlands Football League Premier Division. Over the weekend they also advanced to the round of 16 of the FA Vase and will meet last years champions Whitstable Town in the next round as both have their sites set on Wembley.

They've already defeated National League South side Enfield Town in this competition to reach this stage and will be looking for another cup shock tonight against the Hamlet.

It was a disappointing Saturday in South London for the men in pink & blue as Cheshunt secured their 1st away league victory since August as they returned to Hertfordshire with a 1-0 win.

Amadou Kassarate was sent off just before half-time, despite that the Hamlet looked like they'd find a route back into it with a number of opportunities but couldn't beat the keeper.

We reached the semi-final of this competition last season, losing to Hanwell Town who would go on to win the competition. Manager Mark Dacey has set his sites on winning this competition as he looks for silverware in his first season in charge.

SQUAD NEWS:

Amadou Kassarate can play tonight, his red card will come into play on Saturday afternoon. Gaspar Mico looks set to return to the matchday squad as Mark Dacey looks to name a strong squad for this cup tie. Tom Chambers remains sidelined following his injury against Potters Bar Town and should return in February.
