MATCH PREVIEW | Dulwich Hamlet vs Brentford | London Senior Cup | 25/11/25

The Hamlet kick-off their London Senior Cup campaign against Brentford on Tuesday night at Champion Hill.

It's been a relentless November for Mark Dacey's side having played 7 times already this month. After the London Senior Cup and the away fixture to Dartford on Saturday the Hamlet would have played 9 times in November.

In torrential rain on Saturday the Hamlet had to settle for a point at Champion Hill. After a slow 1st half the game came to life in the early stages of the 1st half when Tom Chambers fired the Hamlet ahead after his shot took a slight deflection.

The Hamlet would have a number of chances to push further ahead but couldn't find the back of the net. The visitors would equalise with 20 minutes to go after a well worked team move.

Despite then pushing for a winner the Tags would have felt like the team more deserving of a win in the rain.

Tomorrow night Brentford visit SE22, the Bees B team will be the one visiting Champion Hill and they come into this of the back of a loss last-time out against AFC Bournemouth in the U21 Professional Development League.

They've already exited the Middlesex County Cup after a number of succesful years in the competition so will be looking for a more succesful run in the London Senior Cup starting tomorrow night.

It's our 2nd cup fixture of November having already defeated Harrow Borough 4-0 in the Velcotity Cup.

SQUAD NEWS:

Anthony Jeffrey made his return to action on Saturday with a brief 15 minute appearance. The only injury in the squad currently is to Gaspar Mico who will be out until the new year.

We can confirm that midfielder Bode Anidugbe has left the club and joined VCD Athletic in the Isthmian South East division. Everyone at Dulwich Hamlet thanks Bode for his efforts during his brief spell in South London.
