Early pace setters Carshalton Athletic make the short journey across South London on Saturday afternoon for a mouth watering South London derby at Champion Hill.

It's been a difficult couple of weeks for the Hamlet with 3 losses in a row conceding 10 and scoring 0. It started with a 5-0 defeat to Salisbury in the FA Cup before defeats at Enfield Town and Burgess Hill Town.

Home form though has been strong with Mark Dacey's side currently unbeaten at Champion Hill. Winning 6 times and drawing just once against Three Bridges.

The Hamlet will be looking to bounce back from those defeats against the Robins who have started the 26/27 season in spectacular form.

Relegration threatened last season, they've hit the ground running and find themselves in 5th position. Notable victories have come against Wingate & Finchley as well as Ramsgate.

They come into this one on a similar run of form as the Hamlet with 3 defeats in a row however, all of those defeats came at home.

Both sides come into this one hoping to end a blip in form and push further up the table as a busy Autumn season kicks into action.

SQUAD NEWS:

Hudson Sands could be back in contention this weekend. David Smith could also be involved as he looks to build up his match fitness. Gaspar Mico came off with a knock on Tuesday but will potentially play this weekend.

Toby Bull continues in his recovery whilst Jadan Raymond suffered a slight set back but has trained this week.
