The Hamlet are looking for their 1st back-to-back league wins since August as Lewes visit Champion Hill in the Isthmian League.

Mark Dacey led his side to the club's 1st victory at Billericay Town since 2018, goals from Luke Wanadio and Amadou Kassarate saw the Hamlet kickstart the Christmas period with a big win. 

Before that it had been a difficult November for the Hamlet having picked up just 6 points from a possible 21 as the cold weather set in. 

The last victory in the league at Champion Hill came in front of our 1st sell-out crowd of the season as 3334 packed into the Hill to see us defeat St Albans City 4-2. 

Lewes secured a dramatic victory over Dartford last weekend. A last minute goal at the Dripping Pan meant they picked up their 1st 3 points since the 8th of November when they defeated Brentwood 4-2. Since then they have dropped points against Carshalton Athletic, Wingate & Finchley and Chatham Town.

SQUAD NEWS: 

Geoffrey Okonkwo and Nyren Clunis returned to training this week and Anthony Jeffrey has overcome and illness that has kept him off the pitch over the last few weeks. Gaspar Mico is making good progress as he recovers from his jaw injury. He's expecting to return in the new year. 

We can also now officially confirm that striker Ruben Bartlett-Antwi has left the football club after a short spell in pink & blue. Everyone at the Hill wishes Ruben all the best for the remainder of his career.
