MATCH PREVIEW | Lewes vs Dulwich Hamlet | 14/3/26

The Hamlet head to East Sussex on Saturday afternoon looking to continue on our recent run of improved form.

Mark Dacey's side defeated Whitehawk in dramatic fashion on Tuesday night at Champion Hill. Veteran striker Danny Mills bagged a brace whilst Lonit Talla and Jadan Raymond popped up with tidy finishes to see the men in Pink & Blue take a 4-1 lead at half-time.

A second half comeback from the Hawks wasn't enough as they returned to the Brighton coast empty handed.

Lewes last tasted victory in January when they defeat St Albans City 1-0. Since then they've gone 8 games without a win picking up just 1 point in that run when they drew 0-0 with Cheshunt.

In the return fixture at Champion Hill the Rooks scored 3 goals in 13 minutes to secure a memorable 4-1 victory just before Christmas.

If we pick up any points it will mean that the Hamlet have taken points off of every single side in the Isthmian League Premier division.

A victory for the Hamlet could see them move into 9th position and leapfrog St Albans City and Ramsgate to within 9 points of the play-offs.

If Lewes are victorious they will move comfortably clear of the relegation zone with the Rooks dangerously close to being sucked in to a relegation battle.
