Notice To Shareholders
Dear Shareholders, you will have recently received some correspondence from the Club.
This is in respect of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Shares you own in the Club.
The Board of Directors wish to confirm that, in respect of Form A, the Sum is not a typographical error - we have negotiated a very good deal for the Shareholders.
Once we have received the requisite Forms A & B, the Board of Directors will call the AGM
In order that we can call the AGM in a timely fashion, kindly ensure that we receive Forms A & B by the following dates :
- Form A should be received by us before Saturday, 2nd June 2018.
- Form B MUST be received by us before Saturday 9th June 2018.
Please make sure that both Forms are completed correctly and that you have checked the boxes on each Form according to your decision.
