Remembering the Truce...

2014 is the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the Great War...& football recalled the 'No-Mans Land' football truce games between opposing troops

Earlier this month opposing teams up and down the land stood for pre-match joint team photos to remember those amazing moments that took place as German & British troops laid down their arms momentarily a century ago today.

Here we have our joint team effort, snapped by honourary Club photographer Joel Virgo, when we travelled down to the Sussex coast recently, to play Peacehaven & Telscombe.
