Signify Technology announced as new kit sponsor
For the first time in three years we are pleased to see a new name on the kit as we welcome Signify Technology into our community of sponsors. Signify will feature on the back of the playing kit as well as becoming the primary sponsor on the training and management kit for the 2022 23 season.
Signify Technology are a recruitment company with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion and whilst the company name may be new to supporters one of the principals of the company is far from new.
Signify Technology’s CEO Ryan Adams, who is also a former Dulwich Hamlet player couldn’t be more pleased “I am personally over the moon to be able to support Dulwich Hamlet, one of the best football clubs in south London, who play such a significant role within the local community. Dulwich Hamlet are much more than a football club to me and do so much for the community and kids from a minority background which is important to me. I played for Dulwich Hamlet previously and have also played against them many times from a young age, so they hold a close place in my heart, I have tons of respect for managers Gavin Rose and Junior Kadi who have mentored many talented players from a young age. I love what the club does for young players from a minority background, for the local community and for kids in South London in general, this club gave me and so many others a platform to go on and achieve great things on and off the pitch. Signify is delighted to be one of the shirt sponsors and to help support the club in its community, education, and footballing ambitions too”
Ben Clasper, Chairman of Dulwich Hamlet FC couldn’t be happier with the news “Opportunities to feature on our shirt do not come around often and so we always take our time with deciding who would be a good fit. Our Commercial Manager Clare Keeble was enthusiastic about working with Signify from very early on in the process and so we are pleased to see the relationship finally become a reality. Those involved in our selection process from the club to the Supporters’ Trust will know how important this is to us to get right and so to see Ryan involved again, someone who knows and understands the value and the contribution of the club is a perfect match. We know from experience that our sponsors stay on with us and so we hope it will be the same with Signify and that this is the start of a long term association and one in which we can promote our mutual values and look for opportunities in how we can work together to the benefit of the community.”
Signify will debut this week on the kit as the men’s team return to action for pre-season friendlies and we look forward to seeing them feature on both the women’s team and in the club shop before the start of the regular season.
