Six of the best!
The Youth Team smashed Molesey in a scintillating 2nd half to win 6-1, after a goalless first period in the FA Youth Cup tonight.
The Hamlet youngsters booked their place in the next round at home to Corinthian with a dominant performance against Molesey.
Despite the final score the game was goalless as the game approached the hour mark through a combination of poor finishing and some superb goalkeeping from Molesey's Jay Jerrard.
However once Kareem Boyle had given The Hamlet the lead a couple of minutes short of the hour mark a steady stream of goals followed. Five minutes later captain Xavier Vidal added a second. Within 3 minutes Molesey reduced the deficit to 2-1 from the penalty spot after a foul in the box. However, within a minute Dulwich extended the lead through Abdul Mansaray and almost from the restart Richmond Ayoola made it 4-1.
By this stage it was only desperate defending and good goalkeeping that stopped Dulwich scoring with every attack as the superior fitness and technique took its toll on a tiring Molesey team.
On 84 minutes Abdul Mansaray added an unstoppable second goal to make it 5 and with 2 minutes a trip in the box resulted in Xavier Vidal adding his second from the spot to round off the scoring.
