Supporters Team play in the morning

Supporters Team play in the morning

'The Rabblers' take on their counterparts from Bromley FC, the Hayes Lane Ultras at Norman Park, behind their Hayes Lane ground tomorrow at 10.30am

It's only the second supporters match of the season, following the cancellation of our fixture last month, at home to an AFC Wimbledon supporters team, after they were unable to raise a side.

The Bromley match is a charity game, with all matchday subs going to their chosen cause, which is the British Heart Foundation.

As with all Supporters Team games the emphasis is on fun first, not win at all costs. We play 'rolling subs', so you can play as little as you like, or come back on having had a breather. Age is immaterial, our youngest players are teenagers, with the oldest having a run-out tomorrow being a 65-year-old.

The team is currently in the safe hands of LESTER FORD & SHAUN DOOLEY, and they welcome any fans of any age or ability to come forward to join the squad. It's a great way to mix with other Hamlet fans if you're one of our more recent supporters.

To get your name on the team email list, with no commitment to play, just contact Lester at:

With the New Year of 2014 just around the corner, this will mark the landmark 25th anniversary of the current Supporters side. There will be a number of celebratory matches and events planned over the year...and the first landmark match will be a return to continental Europe, our first trip outside the United Kingdom since July 2012, when we are returning to Belgium to take on our good friends, the supporters of Union Royale Namur. This fixture will be on Saturday 9th March 2014, & it promises to be a great weekend over in our favourite Belgian city! All supporters are welcome to join the trip, either as players or just for a good weekend away. Again, just speak to Lester or Shaun for more details.

Namur is an easy place to reach from London, being just over an hour south of Brussels, by train, after coming off of the Eurostar.

So give it some thought, and speak to our gaffers...you know you want to be part of it!
