A Message from Dulwich Hamlet Supporters Trust Regarding The Proposed Ground Developments
During the initial stages of the consultation process both Hadley Property Group and the football club have been working much more closely with the Supporters Trust than was the case with previous administrations. As a result, they have asked that we assist them in publicising their independent survey of the fans - something which we are more than happy to do.
Hadley Property Group acquired an interest in the football club, its ground and surroundings at the turn of the year. There is an opportunity to provide a new stadium and to invest in the open space located around the stadium. Hadley have engaged the architects Farrells to lead on the designs. The first stage was a consultation event on 19 July which gave all interested parties an opportunity to respond to the initial ideas.
As a result of this meeting, we at Dulwich Hamlet Supporters’ Trust have launched a survey aimed at gathering the views of its members and other Dulwich Hamlet supporters on any future stadium development. The consultation will be open until 17th August 2014 and the results used to inform our overall response to the request for comments from Hadley Property Group.
The Trust hopes to receive a wide range of responses, so please do encourage other supporters to submit their views before the closing date. The survey itself should not take more than 15 minutes to complete, and is largely focused on the facilities supporters would view as important within a new stadium.
