The Boys are back in town!
The Hamlet Reserve Team return to Champion Hill after long absence tonight with a game against former Isthmian rivals St. Albans City.
The Saints arrive sitting in second spot, behind ourselves, on six points, having played one game more than ourselves. They opened up with a 3-1 victory at Wingate & Finchley, following this up with another three points, at their Clarence Park stadium, overcoming Staines Town, by the samw scoreline. But they came back to earth with an emphatic bump, losing 4-1 at Wealdstone a week ago.
It was at Wealdstone's St. Georges Stadium, in Grosvenor Vale,Ruislip where we opened our Capital League programme,a 5-2 victory; followed by another emphatic win, also in Middlesex, at Hayes & Yeading United, by four goals to one, on their all-weather surface at Beaconsfield Road, nine days ago.
So the stage is set for a cracking Reserve Team match at Champion Hill tonight, kick off at 7.45pm.
Admission is only £3 for adults, & a mere pound for concessions. Not forgetting that if you are a Dulwich Hamlet season ticket holder it is FREE.
The bar will be open before, during & after the match for you to enjoy a drink or two, with hot drinks & snacks on sale at the tea bar.
