There are few better places in London to enjoy a sunny August Saturday than Champion Hill. This Saturday we have a mouth watering match on offer as our 2026/2027 Isthmian League campaign begins here in SE22. 

Isthmian League North Champions Maldon & Tiptree visit South London this Saturday in their 1st game at step 3 so it us destined to be a hugely entertaining afternoon of football. 

With the Hamlet adding the firepower of Ogo Obi, the creativeness of Samir Carruthers and the defensive strength of Kyron McKay to their ranks over the summer manager Mark Dacey is confident his side can bridge the gap and be in the play-offs come the end of April. 

It all has to start somewhere though and this weekend that 9 month rollercoaster begins at the Hill. So get your friends and family together, get to down to Champion Hill and cheer on the Hamlet as we look to start the season with a bang!
