The deadline for submitting votes in the Trust Board election 23.59 on 21st June 2022.

Any forms received after that time will not be counted, so please make sure to send yours before that time!

You have up to 5 (FIVE) votes and are asked to place an X against the candidates that you want to vote for in this election. Voting for more than 5 candidates or voting for the same candidate more than once will mean that all your votes are discounted and your ballot paper will be declared as spoilt.

The results of the election will be announced at the DHST Annual General Meeting, 7.00 pm on 28th June 2022, in the club bar.
