Weather takes it toll on today's Kent Youth League fixtures
With the pitch at Rutland Walk waterlogged today's scheduled games there for the ASPIRE Academy coached Dulwich Hamlet youth teams were called off.
Top of the bill would have been the Kent Youth League Under 18 KitToFit Challenge Cup quarter final with the ASPIRE Academy youngsters due to face Margate in a repeat of an epic FA Youth Cup tie earlier in the season. The two teams will now attempt to play the game next Sunday 28th February with an 11.00 am kick off.
Also falling by the way was the Under 15s Kent Youth League encounter with Thamesmead Town. That has now been rearranged for Sunday 3rd April, 2.00 pm KO at Rutland Walk.
In a change to the originally advertised fixture the Under 16s are due to play Thamesmead Town away at Bayliss Avenue, kicking off at 1.00pm on Town's 3G pitch, rather than entertaining HF Sports Paulista as first shown. That game will now be played at Rutland Walk with a 2.00 pm kickoff on Sunday 17th April.
