Women’s Reserve Team Fixtures 23-24
Jack Badu’s side discover their opponents for the first three months of the season
With the season coming ever closer, our Reserves have now learned their opponents for Division 1 North of the London & South-East Regional Women’s League.
Jack Badu’s side kick off their campaign with an away trip to Denham United in Middlesex on Sunday 20th August, with the first home fixture a week later against Hounslow.
Of the first seven league fixtures, four will be at home, with Sport London e Benfica, Clapton and Brentford all visiting us before the end of October.
Like the first team, the Reserves have also been drawn at home in Round 2 of the League Cup, facing Brentford again on November 5th.
The Reserves will be taking on four new sides this season, with Actonians Reserves and Ashmount Leigh being promoted to the division as champions of the Greater London Women's Football League Premier Division and South East Counties Women's Football League Surrey Premier Division respectively.
Also joining them are Hounslow, who resigned from Step 4 during the middle of last season, and Camden and Islington United, who have taken over the running of New London Lionesses following their relegation from the Premier Division last season.
