Defender Deon joins on loan for remainder of season

Hakan Hayrettin's final signing before the transfer window was to sign Deon Woodman on loan from Queens Park Rangers for the rest of the season.

Deon is a centre-back, and captains the QPR 'B' team, and the move to Champion Hill will give him the opportunity to play senior football for the first time in his career.

The 6'5", 20-year-old began his youth career with Crystal Palace, before trading south London for west just after the Covid-19 lockdown, and has been a key part of the 'B' team ever since.

Deon has been handed the number 20 shirt for his time at Champion Hill.
