Youth Team in FA Youth Cup action tomorrow
Drawn away, we make the 'journey' to Champion Hill Stadium, to take on our tenants Fisher FC
The Fish, whose first team compete in the Southern Counties East Football League, or Kent League in old money, having chaged it's title in the summer, are our hosts.
Their own programme from last Sunday, when they lost six nil at home to AFC Croydon Athletic in the FA Vase 2nd qualifying round, provides the information that it is an 8.00pm kick off, & admission will be £3 for adults, Concessions £1 & Accompanied under 16s FREE.
Their preview of the game in the same programme was as follows:
It's the Battle of Southwark! The Fish have been drawn at home to Landlords Dulwich Hamlet in the FA Youth Cup, and we need the Fisher faithful to come along and get behind the boys in what will be a tough game. Hamlet's youth set up is linked to the Aspire Academy, run by Hamlet boss Gavin Rose, and it specialises in unearthing hidden gems that professional clubs have overlooked. fisher under 18 manager Perry Hanifan has a talented first year squad however and will be looking to win local bragging rights.
